Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Overview

Need4Clean is a premium, elite mobile car wash and detailing service.

Due to the customized, time-based, and location-specific nature of our services, all sales are final. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Need4Clean, the customer expressly agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

2. No Refund Policy

Need4Clean reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deny refunds under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or personal preference dissatisfaction.
  • Scheduling conflicts or weather conditions.
  • Delays caused by traffic, access issues, or customer unavailability.
  • Partial service completion due to customer actions or site conditions.

No refunds will be issued once a service has been booked or performed, whether partially or in full.

3. Cancellations by Customer

3.1 Advance Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance do not entitle the customer to a refund, but may, at Need4Clean’s discretion, qualify for a reschedule credit.

3.2 Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are considered a breach of booking commitment. The full service amount will be charged. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Cancellations or Modifications by Need4Clean

Need4Clean reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment malfunction, or staff availability. In such cases, the Company may offer a rescheduled appointment or credit at its sole discretion.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

Issues must be reported immediately upon service completion and before the technician leaves the site. Failure to report issues on-site constitutes full acceptance of the service. Need4Clean may, at its discretion, revisit the vehicle or offer a partial correction.

6. Deposits, Prepayments & Packages

All deposits are non-refundable. Prepaid services, memberships, bundles, or promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused services expire as stated and hold no cash value.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, Need4Clean reserves the right to dispute it fully, ban the customer, and pursue legal fees where permitted.

8. Force Majeure

Need4Clean shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to natural disasters, severe weather, or government actions. No refunds shall be issued under force majeure conditions.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a service, making a payment, or allowing service to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
